Creators may optionally share the registered invitation label that brought them to WEBQ3 after verifying their account. With this choice, we associate that label and consent time with their account for up to 90 days of measurement and compare real uploads, publications, plays and follows. We do not collect advertising click IDs or full referring URLs for this purpose, add advertising cookies, or send this information to ad networks. Remove the attribution in Account at any time; it is included in account exports and removed on fulfilled account deletion. Expired rows are excluded from reports immediately and deleted by the operator’s retention process; backup expiry remains subject to the unresolved policy below.
The application stores account details, credential records, sessions, optional verified wallet links, saved games, creator follows, notifications, submitted content, support requests, reports and platform activity. Credential secrets and session tokens are never included in account exports.
Site speed and play numbers are published at /about/numbers. Speed samples (how fast pages loaded) carry no cookie or identifier. The play funnel (how many game-page visits reach gameplay, keep playing past a minute, or return) is counted from the site’s own first-party play cookie, the one that lets you launch a game, and uses nothing from third parties.
Account exports contain your accessible account data and your submitted request text. They exclude other people’s data, internal moderation records and security credentials. Large exports are handled through the restricted support queue.
Support requests are visible to administrators. Game reports are visible to authorized moderators with reporter account identifiers omitted from the queue. Staff must avoid placing private identity details in user-visible replies.
Account deletion is a request reviewed by an administrator. For eligible accounts, fulfillment removes credentials, sessions, wallet links, saved games, follows, notifications and personal activity, clears submitted report/support text, and replaces profile details with a pseudonymous disabled account. Limited pseudonymous audit receipts remain.
Ownership of projects or published games prevents automated fulfillment. An administrator must arrange a separate reviewed ownership or content disposition before retrying. Creator publications and audit receipts are not silently deleted.
WEBQ3 is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Signup asks for birth month and year only to confirm eligibility; they are not stored. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, contact WebQ3support@gmail.com so it can be reviewed and deleted.
For help with account access, data export or a deletion request, contact WebQ3support@gmail.com. Do not email passwords, wallet recovery phrases or identity documents. An email inquiry does not itself verify identity or authorize access to someone else’s account.
The operator identity, support staffing, processor inventory, retention periods, backup expiry, lawful bases, jurisdiction-specific rights and escalation contact remain unapproved. This draft is not a complete or reviewed privacy notice and public launch remains blocked.
