Creator publishing guidance

What creators need to know before publishing a game.

Local draft · owner approval required. Version 2026-11-02-rc1-draft-5. This text has not been represented as legally reviewed or complete. Public launch remains blocked until operator details and final policies are approved.

Publish only games and assets you have permission to distribute. Provide accurate gameplay, controls, age and content disclosures, and identify promotional artwork clearly.

Every game needs a wide cover and three gameplay screenshots, each 16:9 and at least 1280 × 720, so your art fills every card and banner whole. 1920 × 1080 is ideal.

Try your build in the private preview before you publish. Publishing makes the game public straight away; a build that references wallet or signing features waits for a moderator first, and republishing a build a moderator unpublished needs their look. Ordinary game publishing is separate from optional token features.

Never ask players for seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary personal data. Disclose external services and data collection in your game before publication. Staff may request changes or withdraw a listing.

Signed-in members can submit a private support request and access account data and deletion controls. For help without signing in, email WebQ3support@gmail.com. A response deadline has not been set for this release candidate.
